Top reason: The delivery team were very nice people ! I love my new power recliner.

One thing: Better explain the Be Happy. Returned the first recliner as it was difficult to get in and out of. Chose a power recliner, but was not completly aware of the $100 charge for the return. Joe Havel was kind enough to gain approval for being charged only $50 and not $100.
