Top reason: Everything was good with the delivery.

One thing: Timing for all deliveries, the hutch that was ordered was back ordered from 4-6 weeks then pushed out further to a 6 month ETA. Robert wanted to cancel due to the wait but Beverly wanted to wait for her items because she loves the hutch and buffet.
